You should understand that it is a tool We have create a lot of modeling this time it is very important that this platform gives the opportunity to decisions makers. They access to information of the platform to guide their decisions in their various sectors because the platform that we have developed is to give the signals to the various actors. Maybe somebody in the department of the civil protection he should know when he expects that kind of risk from the platform. It is indicated that it is a high risk of floods, landslides... That helps them to anticipate various actions. We first developed an application that was sending out, sharing information without sending signals. This tool now sends signals going with the norms and standards of the World Meteorological Organization for people to better understand what the dangers are. The signals will be given in terms of color. Green, yellow, orange and red. When you see a green color there is no risk. When it is yellow, there is an indication that you should be vigilant. The orange color is a clear indication that the risk is imminent. Ones you see a red color, it means that serious actions must be taken other way the impact will be disastrous. This is why we are trying to inform the public. I mean when you see the platform a lot of scientific and technical work is going on to bring out those colors so that with the concerned actors at the local level, administrative authorities or key persons managing risks. We also have development actors it could be in agriculture, public health; this platform is open to everybody but at different levels or degrees. Some will have access to the whole information, some will just get the signal. For those who cannot understand the information generated. The access is possible through the mobile phone with SMS.
