Speaking at the award ceremony in Lagos, Dr. Amy Shumbusho, CEO at Smile360, attributed the repeated success to a “deeply embedded culture of excellence.”

The NHEA, established in 2014, remains Nigeria’s most prestigious healthcare award platform, celebrating outstanding contributions to the development of the country’s health sector. It is organized by Global Health Project and Resources in partnership with the Anadach Group.

Dr. Shumbusho, who authored the book Beyond Dentistry, said her leadership approach follows the "VISION–WAY–BEST" framework, which guides Smile360’s mission to treat every patient and team member like a VIP.
